About Cayvant Advisory
I am Geraldo Percentie. I have spent seven years in estimating, procurement, scheduling and change orders on Harbour Island and Family Island builds, from B$640K to B$6.8M.
Cayvant Advisory Ltd. is a Bahamian company based on Harbour Island, Eleuthera. It was built around one idea: owners make better decisions when someone on their side has read the numbers first.
I currently work in procurement and estimating at a Harbour Island construction company. Cayvant advice goes to the owner, and I decline any job where that creates a conflict.
